Maulana is Islam’s Ambassador of Peace to the world. Once someone asked Maulana Wahiduddin Khan, “After you, who? There is only the ‘one’ Wahiduddin.”
He replied: "Only one person is required to develop the ideology. Once this task has been completed, the message will continue to be spread through a dedicated team of individuals with the use of various modern means of communication available in this age."
Ideology of Peace
Maulana Wahiduddin Khan spent his entire life in rediscovering Islam from its original sources. He then went on to learn English and study innumerable books on science and contemporary thought. As a result, he became well versed in both classical Islamic learning and modern science. He came to the conclusion that the need of the hour is to present Islamic teachings in the language of the post-scientific era based on peace and spirituality. To address the mind of the modern man, he presented the ideology of peace, based directly on the Islamic scriptures. He further translated the Quran with a commentary; authored over 200 books, innumerable articles and interfaith material in English, Hindi and Urdu and recorded innumerable lectures in English and Urdu.
Ambassadors of Peace
Driven by his zeal for peace, Maulana Wahiduddin Khan simultaneously commenced activities to share his wisdom with others. He chose to address individuals, the building blocks of society, as he believed that they could change only in this manner. He addressed restless minds, seeking truth and yearning to know the purpose of life. He explained to them that restlessness starts in the mind. This occurs when people become conditioned in living self-oriented lives instead of God-oriented ones. As a result of this unrest, people become negative and react. He reengineered the minds of thousands of individuals towards positive thinking and presented to them the ideology of peace. He explained that peace and spirituality are only two aspects of one truth. Positive thinking at individual level results in spirituality; and positive thinking at collective level results in peace.
Over decades and recently through CPS and its global partners, he has prepared a team of Ambassadors of Peace by re-engineering their minds, using the simple formula: "Change yourself through spirituality – by living a God-oriented life and you will be able to change the world."
The Ambassadors of Peace have made it their life’s ambition to spread the ideology of peace and spirituality throughout the world. According to Maulana, it is this team of individuals, who standing up to every test, will succeed in bringing about the revolution of peace the world has been waiting for so long.
Becoming an Ambassador
Maulana Wahiduddin Khan has created a team of positive thinkers in the form of CPS International and its global partners. This team has made it its life’s ambition to spread the ideology of peace and spread spiritual wisdom to all mankind – so that it reaches each and every home, big or small. According to Maulana, it is this team of individuals who, while playing the role of ambassadors of peace to the world, will usher in a reign of global peace and spirituality. 1. Reeingeering of Minds towards Positivity
The first step is the reeningeering of minds towards positive thinking. You can do this by:
- Becoming part of the Spiritual classes by viewing the Live Streams and Video Streams of Maulana Wahiduddin Khan's lectures that are broadcast live on Saturdays in English at 5:30 pm IST and Sundays in Urdu at 10:30 am IST. (See events for the timings)
- You can interact with Maulana during the lectures by writing in at [email protected]. You can also ask him questions and we will send you his response/s.

2. Sharing the new-found wisdom with others
Simultaneously, you should start sharing this material with others:

3. Volunteering for the Noble Cause
CPS is a totally voluntary organization. The CPS members and its global partners, under the guidance Maulana Wahiduddin Khan, are spreading the message of peace throughout the globe. We need people like you and organizations like yours to volunteer so that the message of peace enters each and every home in the world – big or small. Spreading/Sponsoring the Peace Material
The Ambassadors of Peace are spreading the Interfaith material, Books, audios and videos of Maulana Wahiduddin Khan.
You can distribute this material by downloading from the site or purchasing and distributing in your area or sponsoring it by donating the peace material.
Spreading the Quran
There has always been an urgent need globally for a good and peaceful and correct translation of the Quran. Maulana Wahiduddin Khan has translated the Quran with commentary in Urdu, Tazkirul Quran Hindi, Pavitra Quran and in Arabic, Al Tazkirul Qaweem fi Tafseeril Quranil Hakeem. Its English translation, The Quran has recently been published. The response to them is very good with the feedback that they are easily understandable and very clear in meaning.
You can volunteer to spread the Quran by either by donating for spreading them throughout the world or by purchasing the Quran in bulk and distributing in your areas yourself.
Starting a Library in your Area

Starting a Centre in your Area
Together with individuals like you and organizations such as yours, the Ambassadors of Peace are setting up Peace Centres all over the globe. You too can become a global partner by starting an Associate Centre in your area. To volunteer fill the ambassador form.
Giving Donations
CPS International – Center for Peace and Spirituality is a non-profit, non-political organization that is run 100% on donations. It is a registered Trust, registered in New Delhi, India (Registration No 4942). It has received its 12 A and 80 G registrations that entitle donors to income tax rebates as per Indian laws.
