The mind is like a great water reservoir. Opening its gate depends on one’s target. If one’s target is ordinary then the mind will open the door of energy on a lesser scale. But, if the target is a high one, the mind will open the gate of energy on a higher scale.
People’s actions may present problems, but no one has the power to uproot all the opportunities from a person’s life.
Spiritual behaviour is like the behaviour of the flowers that can live with all their fragrance in the neighbourhood of thorns.
One will only be treated as an enemy if that is how one sees others. If one does not view them with animosity, they are more likely to be amicable in return.
