There is no end to the opportunities in this world. When one opportunity ceases to exist, some other opportunity always arises elsewhere. When one stage in a man’s career comes to an end, there will always be the opportunity to enter a new phase.
If you are well-mannered towards those whose views are similar to yours, you may be said to have a fairly good character. But, if you behave properly with those who criticise and hold divergent views from you, then you deserve to be credited with having an excellent character.
A reasoned statement is the mark of the pious man. An irrational argument, using the language of allegation is the sign of an irresponsible, morally deviant person. The former who can be called a principled man, while the latter is a nothing but an animal in the form of a man.
Just as morning is always followed by night, so does success inevitably follow failure. However, just as the earth must revolve unceasingly if morning is to follow night, so must man be unremitting in his struggle to reach his final goal.
