Success is that if you want to take, you should try to give. It is only in giving to others that we can have our share too.

People are quick to support anything which improves their own position, or at least does not downgrade them in any way. But when something appears threatening to their position, they oppose it, regardless of its intrinsic worth.

It is important to make preparations. Only after long years of hard struggle and perseverance is it possible for one to play this part successfully.
