In the human world, great things can happen when each individual plays his own role without interfering in the sphere of others.

Attaining success is like the functioning of a cog- wheel. When the two cogs work in perfect conjunction with each other, the machine will run efficiently. But if either of the two cogs becomes jammed and fails to move, the machine will cease functioning altogether.

If results show that one's advance is not working, then one should be ready to adopt the strategy of retreat. In many situations, retreating can also be a way of moving forward.

Making mistakes is not irremediable. And often all it takes to save the day is a reversal of policy.
