If you want to bring yourself to a higher level of faith, you will have to first of all discover God. The level at which one achieves conviction is a very refined one. During my journey of truth, I realized that to believe in an entity like God is a very strange thing -- how did a being as majestic as God came into existence, how is it that He is eternal, and so on. Belief in God is strange, but lack of belief in God is even more strange. So I believe in God because I prefer to accept something that is less strange over something that is more strange.
