God, the Creator, has made the cow a model for human behaviour giving a lesson in high morality—principle of conversion. We must develop this quality of conversion in our personality, so that we may convert negative thought into positive thought.
The ego is innate to one’s personality. It is the source of conviction, confidence and determination. Its negative aspect is that when provoked it becomes a super-ego, the result of which is breakdown. We have to manage our ego and not provoke the egos of others.
A seed grows automatically, following the law of nature. Man, however, is required to develop his personality by his own efforts. For this he needs to discover himself and plan for his development through the principle of conversion.
by subjecting your behaviour to constant re-appraisal and scrutiny to find your weaknesses and faults. Once you find them, waste no time in rooting them out.
