Another institution of training is the training of one’s own mind. Termed as intellectual training it is another way of maintaining a positive mind.
Studies in psychology show that an untroubled mind very soon becomes stagnant. It loses its creativity. Intellectual stagnation occurs in such a mind.
A form of distress occasioned by the sad memories of losses suffered in the past and by uncertainties of life. It is a phenomenon of the mind and can be overcome at the level of the mind.
