Criticism: A Blessing

Criticism is the highest phenomenon. Criticism means positive exchange. When two minds interact, a sparking happens, and a third thing emerges, that is criticism. This is a great blessing. And God himself has set an example of criticism. When God said, I am going to appoint a Successor on Earth – obviously after saying this He threw the floor open only then – the angels said: Man will spread bloodshed. God did not take offence, He responded positively. You have to take criticism with a normal mind and as a normal practice.

A Boon and a Bane

Every quality has both a plus point and a minus point. A quality turns into a minus point when it becomes harmful to others. That is, till the time it does not hit the nose of a person it is a plus point, but as soon as it hits somebody's nose, it turns into a negative point.

Intellectual Development

The greatest thing in life is intellectual development and one source to develop this quality is intellectual exchange. But it requires a price. What is this price? The price is that you have to live in complete positivity, every moment there are reasons to fall in negativity, you can't avoid such instances, but you have to pacify yourself instantly without losing a second.
