When man is ‘broken,’ his horizons expand vastly. Just as breakage does not destroy matter, so defeat does not ruin man.
In this world falsehood too may appear to carry weight, but in the Hereafter nothing will carry weight except the truth.
One should never feel that it is only up to others to practice patience and avoid friction. Patience and avoidance of strife are the social duties of everyone without exception.
People do not look on the world with true wonderment. If we were to look with awe on this world, then we would live on earth as if we were in God’s presence.
In this world the factors of hatred are always present. No one can love other human beings without being broadminded enough to love people despite having experienced their hatred and ill-will.
Criticism based on facts is constructive, but making allegations without any basis in fact is the worst kind of behaviour.
Man is an intellectual being, and as such can find fulfilment in pursuing some alternative goal which is higher than that of acquiring money.
Simplicity saves man from unnecessary expenditure and distractions—things that hamper him in working towards achieving his goal.
