The Quran refers to divine food in these words: "Do not regard with envy the worldly benefits We have given some of them, for with these We seek only to test them. The provision of your Lord is better and more lasting" (20:131). The provision referred to here was not material food, it was divine food or spiritual food. Without receiving this food, a person cannot develop his or her personality.

A phenomenon is mentioned in the Quran in Chapter 7. Using this phenomenon as a parable the Quran mentions a human character in these words: "He was like a dog that pants whether you load it up or leave it alone" (7:176).

Panting is a unique habit in dogs. Dogs pant because this is their way of cooling down. The phenomenon of panting is a part of dog's natural body system. The Quran uses it in the ethical sense for those people who know nothing except complaining in every situation.

Two twin girls from Haryana, Tashi and Nungshi Malik, wanted to do something big in their lives. To fulfil this desire, they underwent an arduous mountaineering training. Till now they have successfully scaled the highest mountain peaks in six continents – North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. They are now planning to scale the highest summit in the seventh continent.
